Ford Foundation – Predoctoral Fellowships

American-Scandinavian Foundation Fellowship Program

The American-Scandinavian Foundation (ASF) offers fellowships (up to $23,000) and grants (up to $5,000) to individuals to pursue research or study in one or more Scandinavian country for up to one year. Peer Advisor
The Toppel Career Center is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and well-spoken undergraduate students to represent the Toppel Career Center as Peer Advisors for the 2013-2014 academic year. Peer Advisors play a critical role in representing Toppel across campus by serving as the liaison between UM students and the Toppel Career Center. This is a leadership position through the Toppel Career Center. Applicants must qualify for federal work study.

Koi James
Graduate Assistant

Koi, originally from Trinidad and Tobago, is a proud alum of the University of Miami, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and International Business. She spent the past two years working with a governmental non-profit organization and is now back at UM, pursuing a doctorate in International Studies, with a regional focus of Latin America and the Caribbean. Koi is excited to serve as Graduate Assistant, helping students with résumé, cover letter and personal statements critiquing.
