Carly Smith
Assistant Director, Campus Outreach

Carly received a Master of Science in Higher Education Administration at the University of Miami and a Bachelor of Science in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University. While completing her Master’s degree, Carly was a Graduate Assistant at the Toppel Career Center. In her current role, Carly manages Toppel’s career outreach program by coordinating with faculty, staff, and student organizations. She also advises students regarding their career plans and job search skills, related to the health and medical fields, and is responsible for co-supervising Toppel’s undergraduate Peer Advisors.

Milan: Italian Language and Internship Opportunity (May 27 – July 11, 2014)
Milan is fast-paced, vibrant, and renowned for its cutting-edge fashion. Fulbright National Geographic Digital Story Telling
Competition Deadline: February 28, 2014
This fellowship is a new component of the Fulbright U.S. Student Program that provides opportunities for U.S. citizens to participate in an academic year of overseas travel and digital storytelling in up to three countries on a globally significant social or environmental topic. Fellows will tell their stories, or the stories of those they meet, publishing their work on National Geographic media platforms with the support of National Geographic's editorial team.
